The Chief Executive will deliver our strategy, advising the Board on the best approaches to maximise our ambitions. She or he will review our plans to ensure a best practice approach across all our functions, including a diversified income portfolio and a people strategy that harnesses innovation and development. The CEO will also develop and maintain key leadership relationships with our partners, including the ambulance service we support, hospitals and major trauma centres within our region to ensure excellent care for our patients.

In 2019 we are planning the development of a new website and are looking for an experienced, knowledgeable and creative Web Project Manager to oversee the work and the site’s launch.
The right person will be required to understand the needs of the organisation, its team members and its stakeholders. Have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate the needs of the organisation to relevant agencies, working with them to deliver the project.
As a part of the website project you will take ownership of researching and proposing the right backend technologies to fulfil the requirements of various stakeholders as well as implementing a full content strategy.
You will be able to identify and categorise priorities, make sound decisions and continually move the project forward whilst gaining buy in from stakeholders and keeping them informed. You will need to demand timely delivery from those involved in the project both internally and externally and provide regular progress and milestone update to management.
It is important that for this key role that we find someone with a proven track record of managing a similar project and successfully completing it on time and to budget.
You will also need some experience with HTML, good knowledge of WordPress and some knowledge of the latest backend technologies. SEO and Google Analytics experience is desirable as is excellent proofreading skills and some experience of copywriting and briefing design.
