Air Ambulance Week 2021

Air Ambulance Week 2021, is taking off across the UK 6th-12th September, raising awareness of the life-saving work of air ambulance charities across the UK. During the national awareness week, organised by Air Ambulances UK, we will also be joining other air ambulance charities around the country in a campaign called Every Second Counts and Every Penny Matters.

KSS Ride raises £28,000

Nearly 250 horse riding enthusiasts took part in KSS Ride, which has so far raised over £28,000. Riders and their horses participated in a four mile or seven mile ride at Kent Showground on 21st and 22nd August or joined the event ‘virtually’ with a seven mile sponsored ride in their local area.

Cooling Garden Centre Group

Coolings, the award-winning garden centre group with branches in Kent and East Sussex, has raised over £9,500 for us so far this year having decided to support us during 2021 and 2022.

£7.50 a month could pay for twenty disposable blood pressure cuffs used to measure a patient's blood pressure.

£50 could fund 300 syringes used to administer life-saving drugs at the scene of an incident.
