Self exclusion is a facility for those that have decided they want to stop gambling for at least six months and wish to be supported in their decision to stop. If you think you are spending too much time or money gambling, whether online or in gambling premises, you can ask to be self excluded from all activity for a set period of time.
The Kent, Surrey & Sussex Air Ambulance Trust are aware that lottery members may wish to exclude themselves from our weekly lottery draws. We are able to assist members to do this at any time, all you need to do is complete our self exclusion form below.
Please note – this is not a cancellation form, if you wish to cancel your lottery subscription then please call 01634 471 900 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
